Welcome to Promoraa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Promoraa website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Promoraa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
In simple terms: - Promoraa helps you discover and promote deals, events, and exhibitions. - We are a promotion platform only — not a marketplace. - Businesses are responsible for their offers and content.- Payments (now or in the future) are non-refundable. - Promoraa can remove content or block users anytime. Promoraa is operated by Promoraa, registered in India with its registered office in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Promoraa provides a digital platform for businesses to promote offers, sales, exhibitions, advertisements, and events, and for consumers to discover what’s happening near them. Promoraa is not a marketplace, seller, agent, or broker. We do not participate in transactions between users and businesses.
Consumers may browse, discover, and interact with promotions listed on the Platform.
Business Partners may post offers, exhibitions, sales, and advertisements.
Promoraa provides promotion and discovery services only. Promoraa does not: - Verify offers, pricing, availability, or quality - Guarantee business conduct or outcomes - Handle payments between Consumers and Businesses All interactions and disputes are strictly between the Consumer and the Business Partner.
All payments are processed via third-party payment gateways only.
All fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage, downtime, suspension, or termination.
Business Partners may upload titles, descriptions, images, and start/end dates.
By posting content, Business Partners confirm that: - They own or have rights to all content - Their content is accurate, legal, and not misleading - Their content does not violate intellectual property or other laws.
Promoraa is not responsible for business content, copyright violations, or consumer disputes.
Users must not: - Promote illegal products, services, or activities - Post false, misleading, abusive, or offensive content - Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Promoraa may take action without notice if violations occur.
Promoraa reserves full discretion to: - Edit, limit, reject, or remove any content - Restrict repeated or spam postings - Suspend or permanently ban users - Take action without notice or refund
Promoraa may experience downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoraa is not liable for: - Losses arising from use of the Platform - Disputes between Consumers and Businesses - Business conduct, failures, or cancellations.
Users use Promoraa at their own risk.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Promoraa harmless from claims, damages, or legal actions arising from: - Content they post - Violations of these Terms - Violations of law or third-party rights.
Promoraa may update these Terms at any time without notice.
Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including: - Indian Contract Act, 1872 - Information Technology Act, 2000.
Courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
